December Special: Home-based Creative Coding for Students
Home-based Creative Coding for StudentsPersonalised your child's learning with Creative Coding Lab!
Introduction to Programming with Scratch
As Singapore progresses into a Smart Nation, coding is a skill next to reading and writing. Learning how to code with Scratch will introduce fundamental programming concepts used in every other languages to make everyday tech-products, such as apps, websites, and games. Scratch, is programming language developed by MIT Media Lab, by Prof. Mitchel Resnick, to lower the barrier of learning how to code.
Each session focuses on hands-on learning, where the concept of programming with Scratch will be introduced, and students will apply by building their own projects. The trainer will demonstrate and explain each concept and task, and assist as necessary.
This December, partner with us for an introductory workshop, and we will customise a program to your child's needs.
While learning how to code on Scratch, you will require:
(i) A laptop
(ii) Thumb-drive to save additional files, though optional if you can keep them on the laptop
